About

Welcome to Camino Alto! I'm Ianthi Psilogenis and I love helping people reach their potential. I'm a strong advocate of self-development and asking for help when we need it and I've always been inspired by people who have managed to turn their lives around in the most difficult of circumstances - hence why I have chosen the name "Camino Alto". In Spanish, this phrase is often used metaphorically to describe a journey or path that is challenging but ultimately rewarding.
I offer one-to-one career coaching, using psychometric tools where appropriate to support insight into communication style, leadership approach, and stress triggers. Alongside this, I work with organisations, advising senior management and HR teams on people-related matters, while designing and delivering interactive workshops on organisational behaviour and people management, offered both in-house and to the wider public.
